Giosafatte Ingrassia is a London-based psychology graduate originally from Calabria, southern Italy. His studies of CBT, psychoanalysis and the humanistic approach prompted a wider interest in how different therapeutic traditions understand the human person. He is also the creator of Christian by Grace, a visual design project focused on making faith visible in everyday life.
